Venue Rental
$7,500 to rent the entire venue, privately, for up to 6 hours (Fri-Sun)
$6,500 (Mon-Thurs)
*maximum # of guests is 400*
  • A $2,500 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
  • The balance is due 14 days prior to the day of the event. 
  • If you must cancel prior to paying your remaining balance (>14days from your event), only the initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after paying your final balance (<14days from your event), we will refund you 50% of the final balance that was paid, as this is considered "last minute" and we lost out on other reservations potentially made by paying customers.
  • If axe-throwing will be a part of your event, coaches will be provided for a total of 4 hours and gratuity of 10% will be added. (additional hours can be purchased at $275/hour)
  • If an in-house bartender is requested, $250 will be added. ($62.50/hr, 4 hour minimum). 
  • If an in-house DJ for 4 hours is requested, $400 will be added. 
  • You will have access to our facility up to 1.5 hours prior to your event start time. 
  • Our employees will help you arrange tables/furniture etc. to suit your needs. They will also handle the bussing of your tables and trash. 
  • Catering and beverage service will be your responsibility and we would be happy to provide a list of local caterers and beverage distributors if requested.
